Summer Middle School Registration

Pre-Approval is required to participate in middle school summer programming.

If your student has not been pre-approved but is interested in playing, please fill out the form respectively, below.

Program Eligibility and Terms

Registration form must be submitted by a parent/guardian for student to participate. Student must be between the ages of 11 and 13 years old. Student must be enrolled at Haut Gap Middle School and pre-approved by April Gift. If your student is not enrolled at Haut Gap or not already approved by April Gift, please answer the form's questions accordingly. Practices are led by USTA SafePlay certified coaches, volunteers and students. Parents are not required to stay on campus during practice, but are required to drop off / pick up student individually as no transportation is provided during summer programming. Registration form must be completed and submitted by each participating student, regardless of former participation in Third Serve Programming. Please be advised that summer practices are HOT. Please bring students prepared for heat and with sunscreen. Should we experience inclement weather, parent/guardian who submits the registration form will be notified via text and email by 10AM or earlier, prior to the start of practice.

Program Details

When: June 10th - July 31st, Tuesdays & Thursdays. Time: 11AM - 12:30PM Where: Haut Gap Middle School Cost: FREE! All programs hosted by Third Serve Foundation are offered at no-charge to our participants. Students must be wearing some form of athletic footwear and are in good health to participate in warm conditions.
