General Elementary Registration

Please complete the form below if your child does not attend E.L Frierson Elementary. Form submission is required for participation. Please keep in mind that your child must be in or between grades PreK 4 and 6th to participate and attend a school in the Charleston County School District. This is a grass roots / beginner - beginner / intermediate program.

Parent / Guardian Waiver and Release of Liability

hereby knowingly and voluntarily waive, release, and forever discharge Third Serve Foundation, Kiawah Island Golf Resort, and all of their affiliates, managers, members, agents, staff, volunteers, heirs, successors, and assigns (“Releasees”) from any and all claims, liabilities, or causes of action of any kind arising out of or related to my child’s participation in activities, including those resulting from ordinary negligence. I further agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Releasees against any claims brought on my child’s behalf.

TRANSPORTATION LIABILITY RELEASE

I understand and agree that my child may be transported to and from Third Serve Foundation program sites by one or more of the Foundation’s approved transportation partners, including but not limited to Kiawah Island Golf Resort and Footprint Transit LLC.
