About the event
Go All In for Third Serve Serve at our Texas Hold 'Em fundraiser! Join us at the Sandcastle Oceanfront Clubhouse on Kiawah Island for a unique evening benefitting Third Serve Foundation's newest academic initiative. In partnership with Open Literacy, we’ll be providing 1-on-1 tutoring with certified teachers for students in our programs who need extra support with reading. This event will help raise both the funds and the awareness needed to address the urgent literacy challenges facing students across Charleston County School District.
The county-wide need for increased student attendance, academic intervention, and community support is as dire as ever. In particular, literacy rates across the county - as measured by grade-level language proficiency - hover around 50%. Your participation in our Texas Hold 'Em fundraiser will create an impact that our community, school district, current and future students can count on for years to come. This ticket includes one seat at a 10-person Texas Hold ’Em table, entry into the tournament and acts as your "buy in." Re-buys will be available for $150 at the event. Your donation directly supports Third Serve Foundation's mission to provide free tennis and educational programming to youth across our community. Includes complimentary drinks, food and full access to the evening’s festivities. Tickets are refundable through 8/8/25 (14 days) prior to the event. *21+ years old to purchase.*
