This form is not official registration for your child to participate following Tuesday, 3/3. This form is simply so we know how many players to expect at ther first practice / interest session on Tuesday, 3/3. You will be contacted on or before Friday, March 6th, with official registration for spring clinics. If you are not contacted with this form or you wish to register your child late- check back here on (or anytime after) Friday, March 6th to access official registration.

Registration will remain open for the duration of the program.
