Spring Tennis Registration
Middle School Clinics @ Seabrook Island 2025

Practices are Wednesdays & Fridays, 3:00PM - 4:30PM at the Seabrook Island Racquet Club.

All participants must be in grades 6th-8th and attending a middle school in Charleston County.

Bus transportation is provided for Haut Gap students ONLY. At this time, if your student is NOT registered at Haut Gap Middle School, you will need to transport your child to Seabrook yourself. Gate access to the island will be provided to you.

Only Haut Gap students who will ride our Kiawah Shuttle will require a signed waiver form.

If your child does not attend Haut Gap or if you plan to transport your child individually, you are not required to sign the waiver form.

- Bus transportation is offered for Haut Gap students ONLY
- Waiver form is not required if your student does not attend Haut Gap
- Personal transportation by a Haut Gap parent/guardian is permitted. If you would like to drive your child individually, disregard the waiver portion of the registration form below.
- Practices are led by USTA SafePlay approved volunteer coaches and Third Serve Foundation USTA SafePlay approved coaches.
- Practices are weather dependent. After registration, confirmation emails will be sent to the email you provide below, including text alert sign up information to be notified about weather cancelations.
- Students, Parents/Guardians and Haut Gap will be notified by noon of weather cancellations.
- Students will be held accountable for any unexcused practice absences. After 3 unexcused absences, student is subject to parent/guardian being contacted.
- Snacks and water will be provided at every practice.
- Behavioral disciplinary action is in place for any detrimental / damaging action taken against the facilities by a student. In the event of any irreversible damage to the property, student and legal parent/guardian will be held accountable, including students' removal from the program.
