Frierson Fall Registration 2025

This form has 2 parts.

If your child will be riding our transportation service provided for students in Frierson's after-school program, you will select "yes" when prompted and be required to fill out our waiver form following the "next" button at the bottom of this page.
If you will transport your child to-and-from practices on Kiawah yourself, you will select "no" when prompted and click "submit" on the screen following the "next" button at the bottom of this page.

Behavior: Students are expected to follow all school rules on the bus and at tennis practice. Should your child have repeated behavior infractions, this may prohibit them from continuing in the program. By signing below, you certify that your child is aware of behavioral expectations, and that both Frierson and Third Serve personnel are at the liberty of removing your child from further participation in the tennis program if necessary at any time.
